  • How do I pay or violation or bill?

    Select “pay bill or violation” on the menu bar and enter your license plate to find your open bills and/or violations. Once you have found your open bill and/or violation, you can securely pay via stripe by Credit Card, Google Pay, Apple Pay or Stripe Link.

  • Why did I receive a this violation or bill?

    You received a violation or bill because your vehicle was parked in a parking area that uses the Services provided by Parking Collect to enforce the rules and regulations of the parking lot. While circumstances may vary, in general you received a bill or violation because either you failed to gain authorization to park in this parking lot by paying or holding a permit.

  • How long do I have to pay my violation or bill?

    Your bill/violation is due upon receipt. After thirty days of non-payment, you account is considered delinquent and may be referred to a third party collections agency.

  • I received a violation or bill but I paid for parking, what do I do?

    If you believe you received an violation/citation notice in error, you may file a dispute at parkingcollect.com/disputes

  • What happens if I do not pay this violation or bill?

    If you do not pay your violation with 30 days of receiving it, your bill may be referred to a third party collections agency for further action.

  • I would like to partner with Parking Collect to help enforce the parking regulations on my lot, what do I do?

    We provide our Payment Agent solutions to partners that use our full suite of services to help monetize their parking lots. If you are interested in working with us to monetize your parking lot, please reach out at support@parkingcollect.com.
